My Vitamin D self-calibration indicated that 2 hours of afternoon sun at the beach gave about the same level (130 nmol/L) [Wikipedia implies that this level is "dangerous"!] as 4000 units/day through the winter at latitude 49N in a 95kg older white man. YMMV! I hadn't previously appreciated that Vit K2 as a cofactor was important, after two decades of being a bit dubious of the beauty of bisphosphonates.
The interactions with our everyday toxins- glyphosate residues (H/T Dr. Seneff above in the athlete's paradox), fluoride, HFCS, various polyunsaturates, etc., plus our prescription drugs makes it very challenging to know how much of and what we actually need. The interactions and phamacokinetics get interesting and complex very quickly.
Curious….total layman’s perspective/question here….I am a breast cancer survivor. Implants were placed in my body following a mastectomy. What happens is one’s body “encapsulates” the foreign object. Hence, the implants are essentially encased in scar tissue and a capsule that forms.
Am wondering….in the case of the jab, is it that the fibrous tissue developing in organs or systems flooded with the spike protein an example of the body reacting to and trying to stop the invader…..with the problem being that the invader is lodged within organs or there are cells trained now to make a protein they would not normally make and so the body begins the process of trying to wall off the abnormal activity….resulting in the development of fibrous/scar tissue.
It is my hope that this published paper conveys a sense of vindication for you Walter. You were maligned, ostracized and censored by the narrative engineers. Fortunately for us, we found your voice and your insights on your substack, and your impact on our health has been nothing short of amazing. You put your readership in a position to decide for themselves, and allowed us to do our best to protect ourselves and those of our loved ones who chose to listen to, and understand, the real science. I know of a guy a professor at Georgetown University and West Point that says he alters the labs of people they don’t like just throwing that out there It was in a freaking interview he did.
And his words “we will alter their labs and medical diagnosis for the good or bad to receive the wrong medical advice and procedures”
I was poisoned January 2, 2022. I’ve had circulatory and heart problems and high of blood pressure, . All the blood pressure medicines give me syncope I live out in the country so I drive myself to the hospital when this happens, of course they don’t want me to drive a vehicle when that happens I just sit in the parking lot, waiting for it to pass only had to go in once. I eat organic stop taking vitamins too trying to figure out what’s causing it at some point I think I poisoned myself with vitamins. I do herbs tea concoctions decoctions. I haven’t done the cinnamon in a couple years. I’m gonna try that. I’m not vaccinated. But the night I got sick I thought I got poisoned by rat poison I was working in the attic if my mother-in-law’s.
Lasted for seven hours of hypothermia type, shivering and extreme amount of pain in the lower half of my body and a headache that lasted a week where I’ve never gotten headache before..
And then in the ensuing year, I either got gallstones or I had a lot of liver pain, and I took care of that with herbs. It’s not around anymore.
The doctor say my labs are good …. that’s what I tell my wife when I have a cocktail my labs are good.

If I wasn't lazy I might compare the faculty directories and narrow the suspects, but anonymity permits corruption.
