There appears to be a good test to see if you are producing spike in the blood ( plain vacutainer tube and centrifuge) and ivermectin with proteases like lumbrokinase, nattokinase, serrapeptase, and bromelain with other nutraceuticals can block/inhibit the spike production/damage.
