Gratitude and Respect for you and all your efforts...This is educational and informative; helpful for those of us without academic PhDs but background knowledge that is hard-earned...better than current spoon-fed academia; perhaps PhDs in the future could be based on real-world expansive studies of independent thinkers like you. That would be a dream come true for me; perhaps others as well. Thanks again!

Regarding obesity - the most obvious avenues to investigate are intentional deficiency, and intentional toxicity.

50 years ago, people were not obese, and not because they had more willpower or were better educated. In the 1960s, a long-term plot was laid to destroy the physical and economic health of Western populations, especially the US. Therefore, either deficiencies are intentionally present in foods that are most readily available; or there are toxins in food or water; or both.

These deficiencies and/or toxins cannot be fixed without removing the people and structures that introduced them. Removing these people and structures is the true difficult problem. However, if this can be done, it will be helpful to know what changes must be made to fix what they have done.
