I would look into herbs/supplements that are working for HIV+ people. Something we can take all the time without damaging our kidneys and liver. Olive leaf extract is one of them, virgin coconut oil is another, aloe vera gel is another. Red Reishi, Chaga, turkey tail and other mushrooms. I do not know good amount of oregano, thyme, rosemary and other antivirals daily. Milk thistle and dandelion root. Fermented foods as well. Gone are the days when when can live our lives by making healthy choices and be fine. If this CD4 depletion is widespread I guess we need to do a blood test to check our CD4+ cells periodically. Earthclinic has a section where HIV positive people who did not want to take PI cocktails have been experimenting with different herbs and natural antivirals.
