What about non prescription options? Seems that Nattokinase, Lumbrokinase and Serrapeptase continue to be on the top of the list, especially Natto: https://www.mdpi.com/1420-3049/27/17/5405/htm

Walter, I am curious on your thoughts on if TUDCA could be helpful as well, given it has amyloid degrading properties and is currently being studied on various neurodegenerative diseases. Given there seem to be prion like diseases going on in some, it seems liek a potentially helpful supplement to use, and is easily found over the counter.

"In recent years, hydrophilic bile acids, particularly tauroursodeoxycholic acid (TUDCA), have shown important anti-apoptotic and neuroprotective activities, with numerous experimental and clinical evidence suggesting their possible therapeutic use as disease-modifiers in neurodegenerative diseases. Experimental evidence on the mechanisms underlying TUDCA’s neuroprotective action derives from animal models of Alzheimer’s disease, Parkinson’s disease, Huntington’s diseases, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) and cerebral ischemia. Preclinical studies indicate that TUDCA exerts its effects not only by regulating and inhibiting the apoptotic cascade, but also by reducing oxidative stress, protecting the mitochondria, producing an anti-neuroinflammatory action, and acting as a chemical chaperone to maintain the stability and correct folding of proteins"

Been saying this for months. All the systemic protease enzymes appear to both degrade the spike protein as well as being profibrinolytic.

Further, time restricted eating (or intermittent fasting) along with fasting mimetics, such as spermidine, baicalin (baicalein) and resveratrol (among others) may further help by increasing autophagy (which in turn cleans up non-self protein debris inside cells).

So:

1) Intermittent fast (6-8h eating window, no calories in remaining time of the day)

2) If having insulin regulation issues or using lots of diet carbohydrates, then deploy fasting mimetics

3) Take courses of lumbrokinase, nattokinase, serrapeptase , NOT bromelain (it's a cysteine protease, and E64D, a cysteine protease inhibitor, seems to work against SARS-CoV-2 cell entry) and chymotrypsin, all available over-the-counter as supplements. Don't do ALL at once and if you have bleeding, clotting or blood coagulation issues (or are on blood thinners), consult with your primary physician.

We don't need to use expensive patented esoteric designer molecules, for which very little unbiased (conflict-of-interest-free) research exists.

If you want to try the defibrotide naturally, try pig intestines (from which defibrotide is derived from) as a culinary treat....

Ive been doing most of the above for the last year after regrettably getting the shot. Neprinol AFD (has Nattokinase and Serrapeptase and other blood supportive ingredients) brought my elevated D Dimer down in 6 weeks. The other supplements you mentioned and a few others have been helpful as well, such as Pycnogenol.

I recently have added in the TUDCA as there's a ton of new research showing it is excellent for any type of neurodegenerative issues as well as being amyloid degrading. Given Walter has talked about the amyloid for some time was just curious his thoughts on that as well.

Thanks for sharing!

TUDCA has come up in Walter's threads before. Endoplasmic reticulum support June 11 and June 21 in the top graphic (amyloid fibril disruptors). Seems like many things that come by way of Walter and commenters have multiple modes of action.

Yes let’s skip the injections as a first course if we can -. I’ve sent this to you in the past. galectin-3 inhibitor modified Citrus pectin- pectasol c - tracks with fibrosis, there is a commercial blood test for galectin 3 levels. https://www.onlinecjc.ca/article/S0828-282X(16)00215-4/pdf https://journals.sagepub.com/doi/10.1177/1179069519836794 I have like 30 more on this topic.

All the calorie mimetics that upregulate autophagy appear to be helpful. Both in breaking down the remaining protein fragments of the spike protein (possibly also pseudo-uridine included mRNA) as well as being profibrinolytic (ie. reducing fibrosis).

So yes, do autophagy, do intermittent fasting and combine with calorie restriction mimetics (CRM)s.

Quoting:

"glycolytic inhibitors (e.g., D-allulose, D-glucosamine),

hydroxycitric acid, NAD+ precursors, polyamines (e.g., spermidine), polyphenols (e.g.,

resveratrol, dimethoxychalcones, curcumin, EGCG, quercetin) and salicylic acid qualify

as CRM candidates"

Even after all this time I'm still suspicious that what's being referred to as Long Covid should actually be called Long Vaccine, and that only the unvaccinated who are suffering some type of longer lasting problems can be said to have 'Long Covid'. Or is there a way to differentiate? A specific test for Long Covid perhaps? If there is I've never seen any reports about it, it seems to be a vague diagnosis that could be something, nothing, or somewhere in between ... but as I said, much more likely in my opinion to be 'vaccine' related.

Almost all the NO2 upregulators seem to be helpful in protecting the endothelial glycocalyx, which the spike protein caused inflammation cascade attacks, resulting in amyloid fibrosis.

So yes, Arginine, citrulline, sodium nitrite (!), a long list of polyphenols and also specific tocotrienols (DeltaGold) seem to help in glycocalyx protection and repair.
