Not certain where Mr. Chestnut or you obtain information or those conducting the research reported. But, much reporting is relevant to questions pertaining to many chronic psychological conditions presenting with organic dysfunction at Axis 3. Thank-you for today's report as the ability to help others address health issues magnifying the Psychiatric/Psychological with a General Practice Physician is exceedingly helpful and much appreciated.

Walter, thank you very much for all of your findings and sharing this information with all of us!

Do you have access to a Scanning Electron Microscope?

I’m asking because I’m reading on another substack about nano bots in the vaccines, swabs and air transmission, entering our bodies and self replicating. It sounds wild and it is hard to imagine/believe. But I’m not sure if we should underestimate the capabilities of the evil forces at work in today’s world. I know you are very busy, maybe if you have a moment, could you see if you notice anything that would go into that nano bot theory direction?

Here is the substack article. Fascinating to read, but is it real???

I trust your judgment more than I would trust that article.

Thank you Walter!

Magnesium works very well with D & K2 for cardiovascular health.

Effect of supplementation with vitamins D3 and K2 on undercarboxylated osteocalcin and insulin serum levels in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus: a randomized, double-blind, clinical trial

This is why most shouldn't take vit D supplements - as they can throw off our body's inherent signal and sulfation/ absorption of K2. Best stick with the Sun and gouda cheese!

Suggesting vitamin D starvation as an acceptable outcome to preserve K2 balance is misguided to say the least.

Expand full comment

Agreed- however this was not what I was suggesting- only to obtain vitamin D naturally through Sunlight

But what about in winter or if we have indoor jobs? Sunlight is often very scarce.

I'd certainly appreciate Walter 's views on your post too.

Thank you for your question Leo. Even in winter we can get the same amount of infrared (IR) light from the Sun as in summer. IR is what helps our tissues repair, and seeing the Sunrise has a plethora of benefits, least of all it resets all of our hormones for that day. Here's one article of many I've written on that topic FYI:

Ah so winter clothing doesn't matter because it penetrates through the eyes?

That's good to know

One YouTube doctor says you should take 100mcg of K2 for every 1000IU of D3 that you take. And he does recommend D3 because so many people are deficient. I only take 200mcg a day because I take 5000IU of D3 and am concerned about taking 500mcg of K2 because it can affect the blood. The days are already getting short and I'm not outside enough for it to help.

With the current research indicating Ai/Bioweapon Excitation resulting with exposure to the sun as well as EMF Radiation through 5G and Electronics...All Frequency oriented; moderation to sun is probably wise; unless there is compensation with a Scaler Generator Active throughout night time hours. There must be extended periods of time the Synthetic Biology Technology within the body is not activated and degrades to be eliminated in urine, feces and perspiration.

Let's hope so Blaze! Maybe that's why "the Sun" is our saviour.

Walter, this Friday Hope feature is wonderful. I am a fairly new member on your substack. Perhaps you have addressed this previously, but if not, I have found that methylene blue is about the best thing out there for covid issues. There is a lot of literature out there. Have you looked into MB? It is quite safe as long as those who use it pay very close attention to all contraindications.

Unfortunately I have yet to find a lab that tests vitamin K levels in blood. So it's hard to know if I have adequate levels. Most products have around 100 mcg. Is that a sufficient dosage in your eyes?

I have a feeling that few weeks ago vitamin K was the thing that saved me from severe depression. I tried a ton of supplements and nothing made change. Then I took large dose of D (50k iu) and K (Life extension super K) and things got better very fast! Before that I took D alone - also had no improvements.

Help, please! Two friends returned last Sunday from France and were diagnosed with Covid on Monday. (“We’ve had all the vaccines and boosters, so this must be a new variant.”—ugh). The lady is improving but her husband is not. He’s in his late 60’s and is diabetic. He’s already had one leg amputated at the knee. What are y’all finding is the best treatment for these Omicron variants now that they’re beyond 5 days out. Thanks in advance.

How are you here and you still think the vaccines are protecting you? Confused... Best wishes to your friends.

That was my friend’s comment, not mine. I haven’t gone near the jabs.

Thank you Walter for the mechanism of action with K 2 . Have a wonderful weekend.

Thankyou for this! I take 600mcg K2mk7 daily, and have done for several years, as a cofactor for Vitamin D (also take magnesium & boron). Heartened to see that several of the nutraceuticals you've researched and present in relation to covid are already part of my supplement regime. Have a great weekend, Walter x

but what about potential blood clots for those with some history... does vitamin K2 contribute to clotting?

Expand full comment

Lumbrokinase and Nattokinase helps me with my similar history. Each on alternating evenings before bed, of course.

Expand full comment

i started taking nattokinase + bromelain + curcumin twice daily (per McCullough for post-vax) along with semi-daily low dosage aspirin a few months ago. for the nattokinase, i have been using an NSK-SD formulation (pure encapsulations) which has K2 removed because i haven’t been able to determine if K2 contributes to clotting.

Hard to figure out which way to go...

No I believe vitamin K rather than k2 is associated with this. Though don't quote me.
