I rarely comment as you are over my head most times. I admire your work. Today I will comment.

Research on nutrition has been to determine the level at which a nutrient (vitamin, mineral or other) prevents symptoms of deficiency. Never what the optimal amount would be. RDA is really a bare minimum to prevent deficiency symptoms.

I met a woman in 1969 who recovered from pancreatic cancer in 1951. She had move to the Napa Valley the same year and the family purchased about 10 acres of land which they farmed organically and regeneratively. She told me that all health comes from the soil. Besides cover crop, compost from their chicken yard they also added Norwegian kelp to the soil. The Kelp was near pristine. A long time before the pollution of the North Sea with oil explortion. She also was big into fermented foods. They made their own sauerkraut (lots of it) Jerusalem artichokes or sun chokes, pickles and more. She also made acidophilus from their own curds which when I met them had already been kept for decades by the family.

What is all this about? Health comes from Gaia (as in the Gaia theory by James Lovelock and Lynn Margulis deceased). Land, water, ocean, air and much more. When soil is well nourished and free of pesticides, herbicides etc. it is alive with bacteria. Soil is a great fermentation environment that benefits plants through making all kinds of nutrients available. So a lacto ova diet harvested from rich vibirant soil, which is worked by you the person provides super nutrition, and the Sun for most of the year with your body makes a most excellent source of vitamin D. On top of that the entire environment that is gardening is cardiovascularly excellent, the mind body and emotions are nourished and health is maintained and enhanced. The garden, stirs deep memories in all of us.

Earth and life have a 4 billion year history, with life making the Earth more hospitable for life. Life also adapting to the demands of Earth and ultimately the two with Sun Moon and stars provide optimal health.

In the last 150 years Industrialization of just about everything has severely upset this balance. The best solution is for us each to do our part to restore that balance and our health. It once was easy. Now we will have to earn our way back.

Have you considered that the VDR vitamin d receptors are actually “captured” by ace2 and this is probably why T Helper 2cells are unable to stop the cytokine storms of T helper 1’s... T helper 2 needs Vitamin D...

Furthermore it’s worth examining ATP switching... if one is low on Vitamin D they are probably low on Magnesium.. therefore The potassium channels cannot swap with sodium to produce energy... knock on is water retention and low energy production ... just a thought.

The big tell with vitamin D is how our "medical authorities" studiously ignored it all through the pandemic. Did anyone even once hear their public health authorities mention vitamin D, or for that matter zinc? This is really basic stuff and yet... crickets. I dare say they'd have banned it if it were a prescription drug, like HCQ and IVM.

Please do not neglect to talk about vitamin k when talking about vitamin d, especially with regard to calcium. It is so important.

No nightly reminders from our Local or National News Media Presttitutes about boosting Vit D during 2020-2023. Not a peep.

Just their exasperated expressions of fake concern for you (and covert Eugenics goal) in their falsified Covid death counts and unquestioning recommendation of those ClotShots.

Excellent post, Walter! I think you are on to something - Vitamin K2 is part of the puzzle, too, I think. Thank you for your ceaseless work on this!

And Serum D3 is consumed by your immune system in generating antibodies.

So, the #ClotShot may well be pushing people into dangerous territory where they will have cardiac problems.

Regarding the concept of individual differences with respect to responses to covid and covid shots, a differential vitamin D status may help us understand what happens and doesn’t. Those replete in vitD are less likely to contract covid and if they do, seem to shake it off. VitD replete individuals also tend to not have the risk factors linked to poor covid outcomes: obesity, diabetes, heart disease, dark skin. Regarding adverse covid vaccine effects, vitD status may be an individual difference that determines the likelihood of complications as well. Given the virtual zero risk of high dose vitD it is an inexpensive, readily available solution to a variety of health issues. FYI, most of the “miracle” biologic drugs whose generic name ends in “ib” or “ab” are reverse engineered aspects of good old vitamin D. The drug companies are useful in that they identify the specific mechanism of action of vitD on the condition of interest. For example, psoriasis apparently is mediated by IL-6 (interleukin) malfunction, which is normalized by adequate vitD.
