I understand that the best form of vitamin C is that which contains both ascorbic acid _and_ the often overlooked bioflavonoids. Vitamin C with rose hips is a better form of vitamin C for one example. The effect is synergistic, not just additive.

As for vitamin E, there are eight forms. The most common (and also cheapest) only contain one of these eight forms. It may be better to get a complete vitamin E.

And as long as we're on the subject of vitamins, if you are taking vitamin D3, it is probably best to pair it with vitamin K2. Vitamin D3 has the effect of increasing the absorption of calcium in the gut by a huge factor, but it goes everywhere, including the soft tissues and arteries. Vitamin K2 is believed to finish the job in a better way by encouraging the calcium to head for the bones as it should.

Dr. C. … sadly, I’m “JABBED” with the most toxic Pfizer batches (NO BOOSTER!), but I’ve been on a comprehensive regiment for well over 3.5 years: IVM, HCQ, Quercetin, Bromelain, Curcumin, Nattokinase, Vitamins C & D, Zinc, etc. (the entire WCH & McCullough Protocol + NO SUGAR). FIRST, after 5 yrs of Prostate Cancer - I’m CANCER FREE! (No intervention - just “Active Surveillance”). Praise GOD & IVERMECTIN! SECOND, cured 2 post-JAB Infections traditional medicine couldn’t touch! THIRD, my recent bloodwork was beyond perfect - as well as Echocardiogram & Stress Test! HOWEVER - FOURTH, I just had the “SARS COV 2 AB, TOTAL SPIKE SEMI QN” bloodwork & hit >2500 (the top range). I was surprised. With virtually no negative symptoms (other than inflammation in one eye: Antihistamines alleviates this!) … am I deceiving myself in terms of neutralizing & inhibiting SPIKE?!?! or is it possible to have a high Antibody Score & still be neutralizing SPIKE? PLEASE, YOUR THOUGHTS?

yes, I agree. Ascorbic acid plus rose hips. Cheaper too.

Anyone with gum disease should take vitamin C---ascorbic acid and rose hips--to strengthen the endothelium in the mucosa throughout the system.

Why wouldn't proteolytic enzymes be the best solution for the fibrosis?

Although it is not the thinking here, vitamin C strengthens the endothelium, or bottom layer of the mucosa and skin; inner layer of the blood vessels. This prevents transmission of toxins, to an unknown extent, across the membrane. This is true also for viruses, bacteria, parasites. Proteolytic enzymes would also be good, but approaching the problem from a different angle.

Spike proteins are called spike proteins because they are spikes that cut through tissues. Proteolytic enzymes lyse everything that is exogenous, that don't belong in the body.

"Post-COVID-19 fibrosis is one of the emerging complications of COVID-19 pneumonia and ARDS. It is estimated to be prevalent in around one-third of COVID-19 infected hospitalized patients. More extensive studies are needed to investigate this occurrence and test the efficacy of already tested drugs (for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis) such as antifibrotics for post−COVID-19 fibrosis. We suggest doing a 6-minute walk test to assess exertional desaturation in patients who are fulfilling other discharge criteria for COVID-19 pneumonia and ARDS."

Big time fan of Vitamin C for all sorts of healthful benefits but seriously question the attribution of lung damage that ignores all the known high flow oxygen & ventilator damage that has been attributed to illness when it is medically induced iatrogenic harms.

I have a friend who has been asthmatic since birth--now 70. He was on prednisone for six years in his fifties until he realized it was killing him. worked out an alternative regimen: basically, vitamin C every 4 hours. He's only had need for the nebulizer three times in thirteen years. Vast improvement. The key for him was that he noticed he got worse in the lungs when he was suffering gum disease---hence, vitamin C to the rescue. I adopted occassional supplementation because i was having gum disease and tooth decay. not a problem now.
