One of my sons is a genetic engineer with a Fortune 100 company. Years ago he told me resveratrol was a scam. But lately he has been saying, "there might be something to it". I should add that I know WAY more than him about all aspects of the covid vax even though I don't have a medical degree. I should though after the last 3 years.

It looks like its functions overlap a good bit with berberine.

Pity we cannot get funding to do a head-to-head trial of the two.

I would highly recommend caution for any “medical” solution until the theories on spike protein synthesis within cellular tissue has been better explained. Adding medicine to the mix creates more problems because of the added molecules introduced. Any problems down the road would become harder to diagnose.

I have been taking two resveratrol pills a week for a long time. I am convinced it is doing something. All I know is I seem to be aging slower than my peers, but there are many other factors like diet and exercise.

Yes, you're right. Japanese knotweed (Polygonum cuspidatum) is indeed considered one of the richest sources of resveratrol. It contains significantly higher concentrations of resveratrol compared to other natural sources like grapes or berries. However, it's important to note that consuming Japanese knotweed or its extracts should be done with caution, as it is considered an invasive species in some regions and can be difficult to control. Additionally, using supplements or extracts from Japanese knotweed should be approached carefully, as it may interact with certain medications and cause potential side effects. Always consult with a healthcare professional before adding new supplements to your routine.
