I watched a video of a game in a village in Africa put on by an NGO.
Food was given as prizes to those who could roll a ball through hoops & hit a pin. One of the main prizes was a big bottle of canola oil. The consolation prize was a liter of soda & bag of rice. That they value seed oil as a prize implies it is still not being commonly consumed in large amounts. It will take a few decades before the population's health is wrecked. Meanwhile they'll be more succeptible to disease & take longer to heal. The NGO giving them soda & rapeseed oil is akin to the army killing off the buffalo and giving Indians rotten meat & moldy wheat in the 1800's. Bill Gates wants to take away beef, chicken & eggs & force us to eat bugs & lab produced fake meat.
Re: "the army killing off the buffalo". Recently read, Surviving Genocide by Jeffrey Ostler. Interesting to note that prior to the army actions, many tribal chiefs were essentially doing the same thing, trading hides for such things as rum. Wittingly or Unwittingly, these tribal leaders actions were essentially contributing to their future destruction. I/WE must remain eternally vigilant toward the long term dangers inherent in any commercial transaction.
Too many people are unaware of the necessity of replacing Processed Vegetable Seed Oils with a 'Quality Olive Oil' or MCT Coconut Oil. Coconut Oil enhances metabolism significantly since Caloric Energy is immediately absorbed and used for healthier activity levels. This is a hallmark benefit to consuming Medium Chain Triglycerides as opposed to Long Chain Triglycerides. Far more is directly burnt as energy instead of being stored as fat.
Sugar isn't very healthy and yet it is used, processed and eliminated as waste from the body daily. Fats are equal if not of GREATER importance since they are either used as energy or stored within the body for four years without any waste elimination. Given the reported Agenda behind Establishment Body Politic surrounding EUGENICS mandating Genocide/Depopulation, Sterilization, Disability/Weakness, Digital Slavery to be that promoted in the human population; have few doubts UNHEALTHY OILS were produced, marketed and sold to decrease lifespan and to create weakness/chronic disease earlier in life to keep the population demoralized. The fake, Lab Produced food Gates and the rest of the Establishment Uniparty Nazi's are now pushing onto the public are SATURATED WITH PROCESSED CANOLA/RAPE SEED OIL WHICH IS POISONOUS.
This is why I dropped seventy pounds and I eat no sugar or processed foods. No seed oil. Took me over a month to detox, but it was worth. I’m ready for the next round. Not jabbed. I refused.
I appreciate your research and observations, but when you delve into a subject like that with a preconceived idea of the result in mind, aren't you opening yourself up to confirmation bias?
So it had nothing to do with anti-parasitical drugs? Are there not other locations in the world where they consume low sugar, with similar low vaccination rates, that still fared poorly?
What’s strange is that a great many long haulers, including me, were very fit, ate healthy diets, got enough sleep, regularly exercised, etc. And when you listen to recovery videos, a lot of us were even marathoners. There is some athlete-long COVID connection that seems to fly in the face of COVID susceptibility being just about solid diet and activity regimens alone. If you just google “athletes” and “long COVID”, you’ll find plenty of reading material.
And maybe you can explain why you don’t address the elephant in the room vaccines, we know Africa didn’t get them long covid is all about vaccine damage.
Vitamin D? All the so-called Blue Zones are south of about latitude 35 deg N.
Sunshine is good for your health, within reason.
Very few foodstuffs contain enough vit.D but sufficient exposure to the sun will synthesise enough for a long and healthy life. The exceptions are countries at ridiculous latitudes, such as the northern half of Europe. Her you almost certainly need supplements and/or a sunlamp.

As far as Africa goes (lived in Kenya 10 years) look into the use of hydroxychloroquine and ivermectin in sub-Saharan Africa.
As one moves towards South Africa from the Sahel there is less use of both drugs because the presence of malaria and helminth diseases also decreases.
In many small villages of Kenya you could buy anti-malarials and anti-helminthics OTC, even in 1993 when I left East Africa.
And yes, I am a retired parasotologist.

Exactly, Africa benefitted for decades from free Ivermectin frim Merck.
IMHO the biggest correlation wuth covid is diabetes, as created by eating kibble (sugar, HFCS, seed oils & a low fat diet.)
Movement, sleep, sunlight & natural food (M.E.D.S. - Meat, Eggs, Dairy & Seafood; & ivermectin if needed) are the antidote.
