Accelerated methylation age is the only way too measure accelerated aging because aging IS the methylation drift from puberty settings over time.
Horvaths clock is brilliant. See his papers or read David Sinclair’s book “LifeSpan; Why we age and why we don’t have to” for an overview.
I concur with the conclusion that exposure to the spike protein causes accelerated aging as measured by Horvath’s clock.
