Just read an article on Dr. Ralph Baric UNC Chapel Hill. Clear back in the 80’s he was studying this EXACT topic, and not for good reasons, it looks. All paid for by the defense department and usual suspects.

i saw once a video of him speaking at a conference starting his speech with four horses of apocalypse with a huge smile in his face ... mercenaries, hired guns, criminals really. they will burn in hell.

I'd appreciate a link to that article.

Walter's discussion of the brain stem here and Jessica's discussion of the PRRARSV motif (https://jessica5b3.substack.com/p/it-turns-out-that-the-prrarsv-motif) find common ground in my interest in Arginine-rich motifs descending from HIV-1 Tat - a popular tool for gene transfection and bypassing barriers. I've looked at Syncytia-building that is known from Tat and from Spike, with possible disruption to the rhythm-control centers. I also suggest a mechanism for the large white clots connected to this.

Great work Walter, keep at it. There appear to be several mechanisms leading to fatal cardiovascular dysfunction, it's certainly like wack-a-mole keeping on top of them all and they all need detailing: amyloidosis, ventricular hypertrophy, clot formation, thrombosis, amyloidosis, myocarditis, pericarditis, vagus nerve disfunction, microcilia disruption, glycocalyx destruction, epinephrine imbalance and a few more?

It all seems really to be coming together, Walter. And...holy crap...what a palaver. 😔 🧠 🦠

Thank you sincerely for your relentless quest. It was a real pleasure to see you and JJC riffing this week on-stream. The more collaboration between all the fine minds at work on this puzzle the better chance we have at solutions. Witnessing such collaboration and encouragement is from where my hope comes (in times when hope dims).

Twitch initially had a pop up saying they muted the audio claiming "copy write" issues and the audio did not start but I left it up and after a few minutes it had sound. I think that's a little like Norton claiming Igor Chudov's sub stack is a dangerous site.

Out of all the Substack authors- I value yours the most! We need more exceptional people as yourself. Your extensive work on Long Covid hits home for me as I have had symptoms now for 20 months after getting ill. It’s exhausting but with your help I’m getting so much information about questions I have had in my mind for almost 2 long years. Thank you kindly and God Speed Walter.

Walter, you are the last one, who still looking into causes of long covid. All others seemingly exploit agenda of "vaccine injuries" - which is an absolutely political now. I've seen your interview with JC. He made a strange change during last month. I believe he has a good reason to behave in such way, but we are loosing the point: exposure to spike protein makes systematic damage to epithelium - you proved this case. I appreciate your persistence and devotion to the truth.

but, if you could please, what do you do to limit the effect of spike protein?

does spike protein sheds? thanks in advance!

Pandelis, John Paul of Things Hidden in Complexity posted a paper showing Nattokinase degrades spike maybe in Septemberish. It's been mentioned here with other "-nase"s (enzymes) for combatting amyloid. Robert Malone suggested Natto the food around the same time, for a bunch of reasons as support for the heart / circulatory system and endothelium (vitamin K and I think magnesium ) Many of these Whole Foods (vs supplements) contain multi pronged goodies that plug and chug our bio-machinery vs trying to push one button with one supplement of one thing. I loath Swiss chard but it's really good as a whole food for some of this kind of damage. That said if you just damaged your self, your normal magnesium for example might be too low to run your repair functions at max efficiency and you may need a source that can cross blood brain for example. I see it as strategic supplementation plus Whole Foods and variety plus your own biofeedback back and knowing yourself. It's complex depending on dose and your personal weaknesses. Hidden Side of Medicine sub stack has had some interesting posts but she doesn't want to blanket say try X, Y Z because it is at once complex and individual. Is there a general 80/20 silver Bullet or two? Maybe. Fasting, Quercetin, Curcumin, Vitamin D maybe. Let's see where Walter takes this. Seems to me the neuro is the hardest to crack. Hope there is some ground broken there in the treatment direction.

Read up on some articles for n-acetyl-cysteine. Search below.

N-acetyl-cysteine uses for long covid search. https://duckduckgo.com/?q=n-acetyl-cysteine+use+for+%22long+covid%22&t=ha&va=j&ia=web

EDIT: Ok I did an article on NAC and long COVID and found some studies to support the article. It does seem to help if used early. Article will come out Nov 12.

The scary thing is that in the studies mentioned there, the E gene (for the viral envelope protein) was detected, suggesting the whole virus infiltrating the brain.

Clear distinction between spike protein and nucleocapsid antibodies needs to be made, to see what is actually getting in the brain, if it is "just" the spike protein, or if it is the whole virus trough repeat reinfections.

Brilliant! But frustrating knowing our medical establishments are not following this lead Walter. The S1 cleavage and it’s ability to cross BBB is both novel and part of the virus’ design....and with us forever. In addition to reducing viremia during infection, Nattokinase has been shown to clear Spike Protein but unclear if that would occur in the brain? https://www.mdpi.com/1420-3049/27/17/5405/htm

I wonder if someone brave enough used Nattokinase in DMSO, and applied it, it would break the blood brain barrier? I think DMSO breaks the blood brain barrier? It will carry whatever is in it, good or bad into your system. If it could transport something to kill this sickness, that would be amazing.

That seems like a good idea to me. I don't have the knowledge to judge it; perhaps Walter and J Couey could discuss it.

Expand full comment

I don't think I'd be brave enough to trust that the Nattokinase would have any way to be selective enough to dissolve / break down only the spike protein...

Patients in the lyme world sometimes use DMSO as carrier like this. Can be w melatonin for example.

Question for from me-and my wholly non-medical, non-scientific background. I just listened to Ryan Cole’s recent interview on Epoch Tv (American Thought Leaders) and he was saying that the in Omicron moving forward the spike/disease no longer infiltrates into the brain. Have you seen information relating to this? My family is unvaccinated and I wonder how aggressively we have to fight future infections of Covid. We have each had it once. Is there a benefit to keeping at home tests at hand and throwing the kitchen sink at the patient when the result is positive? Or do we continue as usual and when someone has a cold, have some chicken soup and sleep? I know you can’t give me medical advice, I’m not asking for any.

Same here. Entire family not jabbed. Never got it. Been on simple prophylaxis since the very beginning. Thanks for the head's up on Dr. Cole's interview. The Epoch Times is doing a good job.

Graphene in those nanotech does it: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC5595361/pdf/ijn-12-6633.pdf

However, GO at higher concentrations (0.4–1 mg/mL) induces significant embryonic mortality, increase heartbeat, delayed hatching, cardiotoxicity, cardiovascular defects, retardation of cardiac looping, increased apoptosis and decreased hemoglobinization.

Additionally, mitochondrial activity is also considered as the direct influence factor of GO that induces cell apoptosis or necrosis (Lammel et al., 2013). It has been proved that graphene can destroy the mitochondrial membrane potential and increase intracellular ROS, thereby triggering cell apoptosis

through the mitochondrial pathway in human breast cancer cells (Gurunathan et al., 2013).

In conclusion, we found that rGO could be generated by the reduction of GO following gamma irradiation, which showed higher cardiotoxicity than GO. Both GO and rGO exhibited cardiotoxicity by mediating lipid peroxidation, oxidative stress, and mitochondrial dysfunction. Previous reports revealed that β-estradiol or allopurinol treatment can be used for protection of cell and tissue damages against oxidative stress in H9c2 cells and cardiac tissues through upregulating heme oxygenase expression (Barta et al., 2018; Chen et al., 2019; Luo et al., 2020)

Additionally, mitochondrial activity is also considered as the direct influence factor of GO that induces cell apoptosis or necrosis (Lammel et al., 2013).

Wondering if the effects in the brain including cerebellum would be consistent with findings of microvascular inflammation in the brain and atrophy by MRI in someone otherwise healthy with history of vax then booster then symptomatic COVID infection treated with Paxlovid then more symptomatic infection. MRI ordered by corporate conventional pcp for new onset imbalance with falls and memory issues. Thoughts appreciated.

There has to be a cure somewhere. The people behind this would never risk their own lives with something this dangerous without already knowing a cure. I really wish the hackers of the world would team together and find it, in a email, or laptop somewhere. Or we need just one of them that’s involved to have a conscience and say no more, and leak the documents. Lots of innocent people/children running out of time.
