I am extremely sensitive to changes, temperatures, taste, health, etc. Always have been. I've felt the minuscule changes, and deterioration over the last 2 years. I've fought back with extreme fasting and i've reversed damages, but they always creep back. It feels like a constant tug of war. I have always had a gut feeling that everyone is slowly deteriorating, especially if they are not constantly vigilant with anti virals and fasting.

Running seems to be the most dangerous - very high stress exercise = bad

I'd also like to add that it seems like smokers are able to withstand a lot of the viral replication and in return the damages by the spike.

Nicotine up regulates Ace2 expression. In Norway and Sweden, they surveyed the role of nicontin use and Covid-19. (nicotine pouches are very popular here)

The results were never published! So one may assume that there is is a protective effect. snusforumet(dot)se/en/snus-and-covid-19-sweden-launches-new-research-project/

I have been on this for sometime, antagonizing the spike with a nicotinic agonist! I am 90% this is effective!! IMO! I just wish there was "ONE STUDY" just one, to show it!! $$$$$$$$$$, or even put the spike up agonist a bungarotoxin!! SHOW ME WRONG!!

You have made the optimal decision.

The spike proteins in the cmRNA vaccines are isomeric (a different chirality/configuration than spike proteins coded with Uracil), since Uracil has been replaced 100% with Pseudouridine which is a chiral isomer. Then, the antibodies will be isomeric as well. Antidote: alpha helix peptides, bromelaine, quercetin.

Yes. But we must be very wary of disease progression too. The process is unlikely to have a start - stop or linear development. But instead come and go in waves with a gradual worsening over time.

Because cells don't have just one mitochondria. Some like neurons and cardiac cells and muscle cells have thousands, others have hundreds, it is likely that the spike protein will not destroy all mitochondria in a cell immediately.

If many mitochondria are damaged. The cell has a powercut and it cannot perform its function. Cells die as a result.

If some mitochondria are damaged however and the cell survives. It passes this mistake onto daughter cells when it divides. Which pass those mistakes onto their daughter cells. And soon you have a large population of damaged cells and you will experience symptoms because the tissues and organ systems are no longer operating effectively.

Inflammation and stress drive the workload on mitochondria. Sort of like stepping on the accelerator in a car increases the rate of fuel and air for combustion.

But this damage to mitochondria is sort of like damage to the fuel injectors or carburetors. So the fuel ratio is thrown out of wack and is now running either too rich (not enough oxygen to glucose ratio) or too lean (not enough glucose to oxygen) and the result is similar to backfiring and excessive exhaust fumes (oxidative stress) or stalling.

If we can find a way to balance this, eg ozone therapy but forever or otherwise repopulate cells with healthy mitochondria. We might be able to reverse or manage the disease process.

Until then the best we can do is holistic management to minimize stress and inflammation.

In these times of hopelessness, i feel like one of the ways forward is to start talking about treatment.

Can mitochondrial dysfunction be diminished by the action of hormones and polyphenols? The action of spike is inhibited by curcumin, and the disruption of the immune system can be made less severe with vitamin D.

I repeat a question posed to you below. Are you talking about the spike protein from covid itself, from the injection or from both? We seem to be mixing the two conversations.

I am not jabbed and I was hospitalised with something called covid. I am now dealing with after effects that might be long covid but are being attributed to diabetes, a diagnosis I got while I was in hospital with covid.

Long story short, I came out of hospital with lots of ailments that I did not have when I entered hospital. I have since taken myself back off the diabetes meds, as they cause lots of really nasty side effects. I can do that as my sugar levels are above normal but not dangerous. I am left with severe total body pain, and lots of sharp shooting pains in random places, (but nothing as severe as when I was on the diabetes meds).

The pain is disabling and my quest has been to regain my life. So far I have been focusing on the spike protein. Is is still running around my body doing all sorts of nasty stuff, or is it gone? According to you and others, it might be still there.

And if it is still running around, how do I get rid of it without any prescription medications, given I cannot find a doctor who is remotely interested. So far I have come across some interesting stuff on dandelion, but as with all self-medication, dose, duration of treatment, and measurement of results are elusive.

What do you know about non-prescription treatment? And do you know where I can get support in identifying the problem, treating the problem and measuring the outcome?

Christine, I'm having a long covid with same symptoms: "I am left with severe total body pain, and lots of sharp shooting pains in random places, (but nothing as severe as when I was on the diabetes meds)." I'm also not "vaccinated". What I'm taking every day:

All the vitamins A,B,C,D,E (high doses C-6000mg etc), Zinc, Magnesium, selenium, Gingko (2 times a day) Quercetin (3 times a day) etc (ping me to get all the list).

What is actually works: acetaminophen 600 mg + ibuprofen 600 mg + glutathione 4000 mg + aspirin 160 mg + Gingko + Vit C 2000 mg => once ore 2 a day just to be functional or get sleep. At the beginning I was taking it 3 times a day (take care of your liver), and our goal to reduce the amount of administrations: 10, 12, 14 hours etc just count hours. Red meat, pineapple, green tea. Mild workouts (10-15 minutes), Walking 40 min ( from slowest one to normal - keep tracking on how exhausting it is, and how you feel next day)

ivermectin 15 mg x 2 per day -

What DOES NOT WORK:

Running. If you do - stop. I was trying multiple times. After one week of the progress I'm getting another wave of inflammation, pain and neurosymptoms.

My biggest mistake at the beginning of the second covid - I was taking very small doses of ivermectin, and was skipping days. I did not realize during 1 and 2 week that it is Covid. So, Natural immunity DOESN't WORK for some cases.

Frankly I'm desperate to no how I got that infection.

1. Body cannot absorb more than 200 mg of Vit. C every ~ 4 hours (please check). Blood plasma becomes saturated and it gets eliminated, unless intravenous.

2. Don't take multiple NSAIDS together. it's on the warning label.

3. Acetaminophen mildly bad.

4. Get a good Doc or nutritionist

Do check out the "I-Recover: Long Covid" protocol over at flccc.net and see if that helps.

There is also a recommendation in one of the other protocols (I-Recover: Post Vaccine) for intermittent fasting which may help.

I am in Australia. I cannot get the prescription meds here even with a tame doctor, so the FLCCC protocols are useless to me.

Australians are on our own, and if we do not work out how to fix ourselves, we will die. So I will continue to seek and find answers. It would be nice if others in the same situation joined up as a team to do this. Robert Malone's latest post is a good starting point. He has at least recommended accessible and affordable supplements for long covid (related to heart health).

I posted a YouTube video sharing some key things I did and am doing to reverse long covid, geared for anyone in any place in the world. The video was a collaboration with my friend, Shane, who was concerned about what on Earth China was doing, and why it seemed so different from the approach of others. Here's a link to this video, with my top tips for recovering from longhaul covid, based on what worked for me (and paying close attention to that spike protein, which I got from natural exposure--and I've not been vaccinated, since I didn't want any more spike protein):

Oh thank you Cynthia, a woman after my own heart. I also got covid naturally, and am not jabbed. I have watched your video through once, and will look back again for details on dosage. I have been doing something similar to you although I did not get sick until May 2022 when I was hospitalised. Since coming home, I have been trying to see the wood for the trees, and work out what is still wrong with me. I have had many similar symptoms to your list, although possibly less severe than yours. However, I had the complication of supposed diabetes, which I have prioritised over the spike protein for now.

It has taken me three months to get off the diabetes meds imposed on me by the hospital and get my blood sugar down within safe parameters, so I can now widen my focus a little. I got my blood sugar down with diet and potentially one or more of the herbal products I have been taking that are supposed to bring blood sugar down. This has taken my focus off identifying what symptoms are the result of the supposed diabetes and what symptoms are long covid.

In the process of researching the diabetes and then adding research on the spike protein, I have come across an interesting phenomenon; the supplements that treat diabetes ALSO treat the spike protein. At this stage I have no idea how or why.

Dandelion treats both, Vitamin K treats both, berberine (a herbal extract from a range of herbs) treats both. If I can find them again I will attach research papers on these. Turmeric is also recommended for both.

I came across this from Robert Malone today, and immediately found the K2 for the spike protein at my local shops so bought it. I came home and did some more research on it only to learn that it apparently has significant ability to improve glucose metabolism. This keeps happening! What do diabetes and covid have in common? I have no idea.

However, I am going to focus mostly on dandelion, because I am flat broke and cannot afford all these supplements. I will grow my own dandelions or forage for dandelions to get hopefully enough of the good stuff.

I would be happy to set up ongoing dialogue if you would like, given we are approaching this in a similar way.

Here is Dr Malone's article.

This may have no relevance but I had a bad flu in 2011/12 and felt afterwards I hadn't recovered, had pain, limited energy, severe cold spells, brain fog etc, and I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia in 2014. I cured it doing a 60 day juice fast, following how Joe Cross cured himself. Turns out that fasting increases the mitchondria and helps with immune system, reverses diabetes type 2 and all sorts. I think fibromyalia is mitochondrial because the juice fast worked and because it was brought on by flu for me. I wonder if a juice fast would cure mitochodrial long covid.

I'm in Soviet Canuckistan so hello down under. Yea we got it pretty much the same up here. They are now trying to intercept shipments of Ivermectin and HCQ. You can still get some through but it helps to know people especially from places that have it OTC (over the counter).

Aside from that a lot of the flccc.net protocols have vitamin and nutrient approaches you could start on while trying to find a source for the drugs. Nigela sativa (black cumin seed oil) is on par with Ivermectin for a lot of protocols.

Thank you for writing this article.

I have been screaming out about mitochondrial mutagenesis for quite some time and it seemed to be falling on deaf ears.

Every cell in your body is its own little protein factory. They each perform a function of sorts, different functions for different cells and they work together to make up what we call tissues. Those tissues work together to make up organs and organ systems. And those work together to make a functioning whole. You.

I have CFS/M.E which is a frustrating medical condition that has been compared and related to long-covid (LC) by a number of prominent researchers.

But LC is not the only cousin in this mtDNA damaged family. What I call the unhappy genotoxic family.

*Gulf war syndrome (another vaccine disaster)

*Fibromyalgia

*Chronic lyme disease

*Post polio syndrome

*Post vaccine long haul syndrome

*POTS

*Mast cell activation syndrome

These syndromes are somewhat similar yet different. Because the cause isn't exactly the same and the tissues most exposed to the poison/cause (whether it be a chemical, biological or radiological poison) are not exactly the same.

And thus mitochondria dysfunction is stronger in different organ systems, leading to different clinical symptoms and presentations. Make sense?

But all these illnesses/syndromes are linked to mitochondrial damage or changes. Many assume it is just another complication of an unknown disease process. But it seems to me that mitochondrial damage is the root cause of these disease processes and all other findings are a result of cells/tissues unable to perform their functions correctly due to widespread "powercuts" within the organ systems.
