Tumeric is my fave herb for reducing inflammation, but I'd combo this with motherwort. I'm sure that vitamin C's spare el;ectrons per molecule neutralize free radicals, which is why ascorbic acid with its 2 spare electrons (sodium ascorbate has 1 spare) in sufficient quantity stop cytokine storms in their tracks. I also do coQ10, vit E400 (proven by a doc back in the 80's that it's an important heart support tool) and according to Dr Dana Churchill, minimum 3k mg of omega 3's to get clinically signif heart results. I do 3.2k mg's a day with mostly DHA over EPA. I don't know/remember if there is a DHA vs EPA preference for heat. My research said EPA is mostly brain and neuro supportive.
The astaxanthin is interesting. I did it for a while but didnt know it feed mitochodria. Is there a study you can link with that conclusion? I knew it helps with muscle healing after workouts etc.

A word about “proteases” the pancreas produces proteases to break down protein… but imagine what happens when the body itself is producing high levels of spike “protein” the pancreas gets no time to recover.. so eventually the spike proteins start to stick up in all sorts of places..
It makes perfect sense to use a proteolytic enzymes to help take the burden off the pancreas… and start to clear away the protein excess…
