I would have thought any viral load entering via the airways will not have a high load upon the heart but if there is fibrosis in the lung(white lung) then the heart needs to pump harder to achieve adequate blood flow to the rest of the body.. it is this that cause HF due to heart muscle weakening as the walls thicken ..it becomes flabby and ineffective at ejection of blood in its chambers.
Viral load of just spike protein will increase the likelihood of inflammation with the myocytes (heart muscle cells) and mitochondria becomes compromised 10,000 in each heart cell..which is totally different to HF caused by resistance.
Hi - is HF induced by mis-c from SARS cov 2 the same in terms of the cause as the HF caused by the vaccine? Or are they different?
