I.e., knowing exactly where my body is and how I feel. Haven't experimented with the nicotine patches. I'm concerned because I feel that our water, air, and food has been corrupted. IOW, we're all susceptible to one degree or another to lost vigorous health...not surviving and existing health...but vigorous, energetic health.
