Cool. It's nice to know that there are natural and free ways to do something (about the situation, you know).
I'm just stuck on a question.
If the complete S protein is not as dangerous as the subunits, and if the cleaving of this protein is what exposes amyloidogenic regions (or prionic regions), would autophagy be potentially a two edged sword?
Anyways, thank you as usual Walter. It's always nice to hear from a real scientist on the side of humanity.
In the distant past, it was part of our reality, our existence.
Now, in an era of convenience and excess, it has become rare and even shunned, but it remains a vital part of our biology. Everyone should embrace it, not just for spike.
Interesting read... thanks as always. I have a question: Autophagy is a cellular process that involves the degradation and recycling of cellular components, including damaged proteins, organelles, and pathogens. While autophagy has been shown to play a role in clearing certain viral infections, including some coronaviruses, why is there currently no research to suggest that autophagy is an effective strategy for clearing the Spike Protein of the SARS-CoV-2 virus?
Walter since these jabs have rolled out , ( if they don’t miscarry) , I’m seeing more gestational hypertension and preeclampsia. Something is happening to the vessels . I write for more labetalol and procardia than before Covid .
Walter, did you see the new study on miconazole? It’s making huge improvements in all neurological issues. Here’s a video discussing it. Might be a light of hope- https://youtu.be/KVAogG8m2iI
Autophagy and Spermidine have Ben on the FLCCC protocols for the last months to year as well as Dr Beens talk. I recommend checking out their research on this topic

I actually fasted for 26 hrs after Covid. It seemed to clear the last remnants of Omicron out.
Fasting is our natural reset.

Dr Been did a good video on this too. Intermittent fasting, spermidine, resveratrol.

Walter , thank you for the education ! Any room for Berberine in this discussion?

Vitamin D stimulates autophagy https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34403722/
somehow wheat germ makes me anxious. Have no idea why that might be
This is a disaster.
