It is important to know that the frankincense gifted to baby Jesus is the raw essence of the boswellia tree, which has been refined and concentrated into 5-LOXIN, which placed my genetically inherited arthritis into remission many years ago and keeps it there very successfully, FWIW. I get mine from Vitacost for the least cost I've found.
You are wonderful, Dr.!! You made me remember a physician in South Africa (if I'm remembering correctly) who initiated a treatment for his Covid patients with, among other substances, black sesame seed oil just as the "pandemic" was taking off. Some investigations have been developed into black curcumin (or sesame seeds) to look at the mechanism, but your report tops them. FLCCC lists black sesame seeds in their protocol to recover from Covid/long Covid. I'm not a science "junkie," but I do like to have external proof to my own intuitions when I read reports of efficacious results. You've reminded me to return and reconsider sesame seeds! Thank you again!!
I've used black seed oil every day, for over 10yrs, 1tsp., straight up. It is a little hot; killed H. pylori. Its a pepper, Nigella sativa. 'Andreas seed oils' brand uses cold press, many choices.
Sesame seed (unroasted) is the remedy for the bone marrow in Ayurvedic medicine. It has been used traditionally and scientifically for leukemia. A woman brought in her partner who had some kind of slow growing leukemia for over 20 years; took a turn for the worse. Was now slurring his speech and weak. Sesame seed-- in two months he was back to normal. Called me a year later because he was slurring speech getting worse again--'remember the sesame seeds.' Took them religiously for the next year and he was declared free of leukemia and still is, three years later. Another friend used in with this kind of reversal in leukemia for her client. I used it in a thrombocytopenia starting after the vax. Reduced the counts some and stabilized but not cured. So I used it in a case of thrombocytopenia because I assumed it would normalize cells. Opps, increase the cell count. Well, I did no worse than some of the doctors.
Interesting piece on this inflammatory pathways being mitigated by certain seed oils... it would be of help to distinguish between omega 6 oils which create higher inflammation as opposed to oils from the omega 3 group such as sesame... flaxseed...which lower inflammation.
I still do not understand the logic of helping spike proteins to bypass the natural defence mechanism of the human body namely airborne pathogens like sarscov2 need to enter via nasal passage and lungs.. and the viral load is very small in comparison to the Trojan horse via needle... if inflammation needs to be kept to a minimum.. then using any injection with a high payload must surely be counterproductive.

Venu, thank you. How do you use the frankincense oil? I have some in the cupboard.
I don't use the oil. I use the capsules of 5-LOXIN.
Great tip Vonu! thank you!
Thanks Walter! So many natural treatments that’s been studied but forgotten over time.
Open the door to the cure with the Secret Command.....OPEN SESAME!
Thanks Walter, from your description it sounded like a Gal-3 inhibitor too, and that is one of the mechanisms. Bookmarked.
Annexin A1 accounts for an anti-inflammatory binding target of sesamin metabolites

Walter, are you working with Thailand Medical News? Your Friday posts appear to mimic their website, albeit days later. https://www.thailandmedical.news/news/covid-19-news-study-finds-that-the-phytochemical-sesamin-from-sesame-seeds-has-anti-covid-19-and-anti-inflammatory-properties
