Rutin found in Hawthorn (Crataegus spp.) The usual explanation is that rutin cuts down on inflammation in the capillary bed, which reduces high blood pressure. It also seems to have a specific affinity to the coronary circulation.
Fascinating and encouraging. Thank you for the report!
Is Rutin found in sufficient quantities to get a meaningful amount from asparagus, clingstone peaches, and/or that type of buckwheat? Is it possible to take as a supplement?
Trying to help you get to 700 paid followers. The work you are doing is incomparable and, I believe, you will put the Big Pharma oncology division out of business as it should be. The universe works in tough to interpret ways sometimes, Walter you are a gift to all of humanity. Just knowing that eating good foods for medicine, in addition to your indefatigable curiosity, certainly explains how mankind survived millennia without the addition of man made but similar “natural substances” concocted by a multitude of evil, ne’er do wells.
A good source of rutin is found in sprouted Himalayan Tartary Buckwheat. It’s available as a powder thru Big Bold Health. It’s good for adding into smoothies and such. Here’s one paper talking about the high nutritional value of HTB.
Thank you Walter! Amazing work. May God bless you and continue to guide you. Peace.

I've always obtained my rutin supplement from iHerb.com. There are several manufacturers on the site.
It is in the multivitamin that I take, 25 mg. https://www.mercolamarket.com/product/1008/1/whole-food-complex-with-added-multivitamin-plus-vital-minerals-240-per-bottle-30-day-supply
