Medical science has focused on what to do when the body breaks down, but cares little about how to prevent that.

The perfect illustration of that is being locked down, away from the sun, exercise and social activity and then being told to inject some mistery science juice into your arm.

That does not a healthy human make. It never will, even if the juice was panacea (which it clearly is NOT).

I learned more about vitamins and herbs and biochemical processes in the last 3 years than in my whole 35 year medical career. Very grateful. Walter you have a wonderful stack.

LOVE THIS!!! Adaptability for the Win!!! Empowering the body to adapt as well as possible to the problem at hand - by giving the body what it needs, taking away what it doesn’t, and giving the body time to heal - that’s a simple recipe for HEALTH that could reverse or improve the vast majority of problems we see. (yes, there are limits to adaptation - no one gets out of here alive - there’s a time and a place for traditional medical intervention, but it’s a continuum rather than a dichotomy, and a wide window of opportunity before medical intervention becomes a necessity) There’s a world of difference between action based in empowerment, versus action based in fear. I have chosen to trust in my body, and I continually strive to empower my body to do what one could argue it was designed to do: heal and adapt 🤓

This is my favorite post of yours yet and is in alignment with my most recent thoughts on good diagnostics before treatment.

https://leemuller.substack.com/p/a-plea-to-honest-and-experienced

The vast majority of people in this world have to focus on getting to work, putting food on the table, and paying their utilities and housing bills. To simply add a wide assortment of treatments nilly-willy without knowing if the treatment even applies, I believe, is a serious decision. There's possibility of over-correction, just as much as under-correction.

Lastly, I completely agree with your take on stress management. I believe this is one area I do well, and maybe is why I've never had "covid" in my house, and no one has tested positive or been seriously sick (knock on wood). I believe that prolonged undue stress is the number one killer (well up until 2021) and how we manage it is crucial. Some stress is natural and can be good for us, but there is a point it becomes unhealthy.

A Midwestern Doctor says she (I think AMD is a woman in her 60s) thinks it's possible that this global catastrophe may have a silver lining: Perhaps it will force a majority of the worldwide population to understand that all vaccines (not just covid "vaccines") are toxic, damaging, and fraudulent, and even more broadly, perhaps many more people will reject the current toxic ideology, methodology and practice of contemporary high-tech medicine entirely. I hope to God she's right.

How did you get a feel about AMDs gender? My guess was male but it was a guess. Age sounds about right.

Ernie, at this point I don't remember, to be perfectly honest. But I also agree with BINYB (see comment below) that there are undoubtedly good reasons why AMD chooses to remain anonymous, and we should respect that.

Your guest post for Sage a day or two ago was extraordinarily powerful and moving. I think it has created quite a sensation in the Substacksphere. I've seen several Substack writers cross-posting it. Thank you ever so much for writing it.

Wow, didn’t realize it. Everyday I work .. that damn jab rears its ugly head. Here an interesting one, 38 weeks pregnant severe headache lost consciousness, came to ER , severe subarachnoid bleed per CT scan … jabbed 3 times … stat csection and bore holes drilled all done in emergency room. The baby was fine , mom still on a ventilator, not doing well. Not one person whispered jab . These are medical professionals totally clueless.

Thanks Walter! I agree -- doctors need to focus on how to STAY healthy rather than only treating ailments. Plus, often they only treat symptoms instead of providing solutions to resolve the underlying issue(s).

I have a slightly different view at this point. The jabs are so very dangerous, as you all well know by observation at least. So, I think this list begins to get that into perspective. Recommend to your friends to take up some sport that is safer than this mRNA jab method. Here is a comparative list of sports safer then these jabs;

11. Luge

10. Big Wave Surfing

9. Helicopter Skiing

8. Boxing

7. Racing

6. Gymnastics

5. Rugby

4. Horseback Riding

3. Base Jumping

2. Bull Riding

1. Getting vaxxed with mNRA

Where does Mountain Climbing fall? (no pun intended)

That's asked about when applying for life insurance as well as skydiving.

I wonder if they ask about the shots now too, or just look at blood work. It seems to me that insurance premiums will be affected by all of this. That should be another way to show the impact it has made.

hmmm from quora search...thanks Lee....seems insurance must, at this point, be a bit of a farce, and they are simply not paying out for these deaths and injuries or they will go belly up as the saying goes....here is the bit on mountain climbing...

In 2013 there were 143 US and 11 CAN accidents reported, with 283 US and 24 CAN persons involved, 100 US and 5 CAN injuries, and 21 US and 4 CAN fatalities.

About 5/7 were on Rock and 2/7 were on snow or ice. About 3/5 were on the accent and 2/5 on the descent.

The most common causes were: fall or slip on rock, slip on snow or ice, rappel failure or error, protection pulled out, rock fall, fall into crevasse... Contributing causes were: exceeding ability, placed inadequate protection, un-roped climbing, weather, inadequate equipment... Predominantly climbers were between 15 - 30 year of age.

Having a clear conscience and being unafraid of death goes a long way towards living a full life, regardless of the aching in one's joints, the tax collectors calling, the neighbors barking with their dogs, or the vaping coolkids gathering in packs about you. The bargain with vice is that you experience a fleeting intense pleasure for a moment, but the cost is a shortening and cheapening and worsening of the rest of the life you have. Creating artwork, praying for others to experience joy, caring for children or loving pets, learning to communicate with another culture, playing musical instruments or singing: additional good things to bring into one's life that obliterate the sufferings soon to ravage as Time and Entropy fulfill their end of the larger bargain with us.

Thank you, Walter, for synthesizing and continuing to expand what's within reach.

Glad you finally made it to this conclusion. Bravo!

In fact it is our modern, fast, technological, and mostly indoor lifestyles that have taken us away from nature and being outside under the sun where we used to thrive. I believe that it is our mitochondrial health that is most important and that is what we should focus on. Without our mitochondria we would all be dead - they give us the energy we need to fold proteins and keep all our internal "machinery" going. When that energy is sapped and destroyed by the environment in which we live - whether it is bad food, too much stress, lack of meaningful relationships, lack of spiritual and emotional well being, constant EMF stress, environmental toxins in our food, water and air, and not being aligned with our core values or able to do meaningful work - then we become diseased and weak as our immune systems cannot function properly and keep us healthy.
