Quercetin is a winner as prophylactic too. 93% in these trials. Best absorption when used with bromelain or sunflower lecithin.

I take supplements my dr recommends ( no really! He’s an integrative medicine doctor, left insurance dictated system 23 years ago) and I take this in a blend. I can tell whatever shedding is, is worse when I skip taking it.

Have experienced the same conditions.

Good health has become contingent upon including Quercetin with Bromelain and Resveratrol. When hubby quits taking it; he's symptomatic of bronchitis immediately.

Quercetin along with Vitamin D +K, Zinc 1000+mg Vitamin C several times a day got me through Covid at the end of March 2020 - into a week of April. Early Zelenko protocol. I also used a Budesonide Nasal Spray inhaler and Colgate Total mouthwash gargles. about all the early non hospital treatment around at that time, but it worked well for both me and my wife.

I did not comply (will not comply) but have been using the Zelenko protocol since this stuff started four years ago....not so much as a sniffle before, during or after...regardless of being around other people. And some people I know are still stating that they were sick & 'tested' positive for 'covid'....they are the people who got injected. That explains it.

My infectious disease doctor had me add quercetin within the last six months of my 4+ year long COVID, mainly as a mast cell inhibitor. It was helpful to read about all of the other benefits here as well - thank you.

“Patients with severe SARS-CoV-2 infection were treated with 1000 mg/day of quercetin in combination with clinical antiviral drugs (such as remdesivir and favipiravir), which significantly decreased the levels of q-C-reactive protein (q-CRP),”

Oh, boy, did the Quercetin somehow override the deadly Remdesivir?

Maybe it kung-fu’d it all the way back to ferret Fauci’s house.

Thank you for this. I came across this video on Rumble which I thought you might find interesting, if you aren't already aware of. Frank Ploegman: Spider silk gene sequence found in COVID jabs. GMO spider silk goats, bacteria, worms already exist

Walter

I’ve mentioned before a consumable water I have containing flavonoids including quercetin. It’s coming to market. We have a very prominent university partnering with us to do this. Patience is a virtue. It will help a lot of people.

To the author, great article. Important information. However, non-chemists, laypersons like myself will find it difficult to impossible to apply what you offer. If there are legalities preventing specific recommendations for human use, maybe you could address hypothetical 120, 150, or 180 pound mammals. Mammals want to know dosages for specific applications. Maintenance vs active infections, etc. Thank you for the work you do!
