Already have changed the bedroom lights back to incandescent - the Red shift is far more natural and beneficial to melatonin production.

I have an odd circadian rhythm and Covid story. I was run down, wasn't taking my supplements, and got very bad Covid. They put me on a ventilator for ten days. I was in a state of conscious dreaming the entire time. But in this dream state, I was trying to get out of the "treatment" for eleven days; my internal clock ran faster, by a couple of hours per day apparently, than the time that you all experienced during that time.

Another fascinating correlation!! Perhaps, if we step back with a little wisdom, we see Covid as a beneficial messenger to humankind. Whereas before Covid we might disregard such advice as in your column, Covid has shown everyone how fragile both health and life are. Each must be protected as never before. Off topic, but I thought this was interesting. 10 Thai farmers have died from Melioidosis so far this year. Normally each year they have a couple of cases but no deaths.

Another case of vaccine damage to the immune system?
