Not sure I want to check with my vaccine-injured primary care physician before eating my broccoli.

" ...check with your Primary Care Provider..."

See that witch? Um. Oh hell no. That is very bad medical advice. The problem with most MD's is the first letter is upside down.

She has been monitoring me for a heart murmur and and enlarged aorta related to a bifurcated heart valve rather than the more normal three flap valve. Despite this she recommended the covid jabs and would not write a medical exemption letter for me to avoid mandated jabs. I have natural immunity of the best kind. I was exposed, woke up from an extreme fever sweat, and had no other symptoms. Thank to the book, "The Inescapable Immune Escape Pandemic." I now know why I have no antibodies for covid. I don't need them. My immune system, fortified by 8 months of vitamins C&D, quercetin and zinc, stopped the virus cold with my cell based innate immune system. The virus never successfully reproduced in my body so I never developed antibodies. Exposure to omnicron variants resulted in no illness, but my innate immune system received further training while it destroyed them.

Had I followed my WD's advise, it is very likely I would be dead as the forever jab spikes would have attacked my aorta. So no, I will not ask her about my increased consumption of broccoli, cauliflower, rutabaga, radishes, and water cress. Stuff I like. I thank you for another Friday Hope. And I do like kimchi.

Lots of ads out for fruits and vegetables in a powdered form in capsules. Not the same, I know, but can they be helpful?

I have a feeling that the diagram presented in this post can be very useful in communicating both the impact of the modSpike (the active product of the Pfizer/Moderna countermeasures) as well as suggesting both research direction and therapeutics. Unfortunately, I don't know how to interpret it. Perhaps some diagramming standard is being used, but I, being an AI/Biophysics/Engineering type, am not familiar with the standard. Do you have a document that explains the meaning of the different lines, the meaning of the tail of arrows and the head of arrows, the meaning of the "P" circles, the meaning of the +P label, and meaning of the little pictures, the meaning of the green shapes (not the text in them)? I assume that the salmon-colored boundary is the cell wall.

Thankyou Walter, love your substacks. Just looking at the studies you provided and went through a few of their referenced studies and found this quote: "residues within the p53 DNA binding domain (p53DBD) that are crucial for domain stability, DNA binding and dimerization have been elucidated and correlated with known cancerous mutations(Cho et al., 1994; Ho et al., 2006; Kitayner et al., 2006)

https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2629805/

Trying to understand with my basic nursing science. Is this subsequent dimerization after p53 downregulation part of the cause of the abnormal clots some vaccine injured are suffering from?

If you are going to eat brocolli, cut it up and leave it 30 mins before cooking/eating it, something to do with the good compounds becoming available. I learnt this from a naturopath called Barbara ONeill in Australia. Last time I checked she was fighting the good fight.
