More and more we are finding out just how important gut health is to everything. Thank you, Walter.

Had problems with Microbiome since Sepsis in 2011 and though speaking to the Doctors about the changes to digestion, chronic constipation, gassiness were never answered or addressed in any fashion supporting a return to normal.

Then the Covid and Ai/Bioweapon Injections Con/Scam was perpetrated and Alternative Treatment Options resulting from ongoing research has led to tremendous growth in knowledge of general health for anybody desiring it. Your support of fermentation of food is a simple answer to many current problems people suffered from having an origin in the gut having significant impact.

Following any illness like Sepsis or Covid impacting the organs; it seems a return to health is virtually dependent upon consuming fermented foods, consuming Nattokinase, taking a Shot of Apple Cider Vinegar every few days, or consuming Enteric EDTA Chelation orally 5 of 7 days to bond heavy metals in the Intestinal Tract for waste elimination...All have been highly effective to return digestion to normal for me after a decade.

Azithromycin is commonly prescribed for Covid treatment by non-conv med. antibiotics are known to destroy gut microbiota as well, so if you do azith, or any other antibiotic, you should be consuming fermented food daily while on the drug and for a few weeks afterward.

Walter, I’ve not seen you blog on how sufficient quantities of ascorbic acid (taken orally or IV) halts cytokine storms in their tracks. I believe I wrote a comment on a prev post of yours that gave my source for the sci data behind this: Doris Loh. Here is the article that saved my life: https://www.evolutamente.it/en/stop-burning-now-with-ascorbic-acid/

Consider doing a well-deserved Friday hope on this data. I had over 160 or more cytokine storms since March 2020 and I can tell you from my vast experience that ascorbic acid puts them out. They have different strengths, so the stronger one is the more AA you will need. Liposomal C capsules is the best way to keep 90% absorbing AA with you wherever you go so you don’t have to mix powder. You’ll see in this essay why AA puts them out, so I won’t spoiler it. I also learned from Dr Suzanne Humphreys (drsuzanne.net) that you drink lemon juice in water to negate the oxalate buildup from all the AA to dodge any possibility of kidney stone development. Also, the C is a great aid in fighting the virus as well.

I bought some kimchi pickles a couple weeks ago but haven’t sampled them yet…..

When I pray before meals, I pray for my gut biome as well as the conversion of sinners and salvation of souls.

On topic, WMC...#dysbiosis is a major factor in most western illness and is vastly under-appreciated by the healthcare apparatus. Shared to Gab. TYVM

What is one to do if fermented anything causes upset stomach and diarrhea? I am certain my gut microbiome was destroyed as a child while being on high doses of Penicillin periodically for a year. I’m now 80 yo and vaccine injured thanks to my stupidity of falling for the hype of Covid will “kill your”. I was as healthy as a “horse at 78 and now many issues that are unexplained..of course.

And these fermented foods are so delicious! A small caveat, people taking MAO inhibitors, beware of too much tyramine accumulation through fermented foods.

YES. Although all your posts are of interest, food-as-medicine is my basic belief system. These delicious traditional foods are so much simpler to make than boiled vinegar/sugar/salt concoctions that overwhelm and deplete the original flavours. Almost anything can be fermented (or 'cultured', if fermenting sounds too weird,) and many helpful websites are devoted to recipes and instructions.

Very interesting stuff.

I don't eat plants and am wary if fermented meat. I used to eat fermented plants and kefir but no longer do. That said, my gut has healed from a plethora of dysfunction so I am good as I am.

I am recommending you go to Zach Bush M.D. and see what is offered on gut health. I'm not able to provide a link.

I’ve been consuming some amount fermented every meal for a couple weeks and have noticed a decrease in post-meal LC symptoms.

I was struggling with chronic poor health until I started researching gut health and implementing the foods and lifestyle choices that support a healthy microbiome. My life was forever changed for the positive. About six months ago, I started a small business making and selling fermented foods (kombucha, kefir, sourdough bread, fermented veggies) because I want to share good health with my community and support people who are trying to take back their health. There is so much research out there on the benefits of taking care of the microbiome. In my opinion, it’s the most important key to good health (amongst many other important factors). Love this article!!
