I suffer from Vestibular Migraines which are triggered by caffeine, among a bunch of other things. Based on the fact that green tea candy works, I assume that decaffeinated green tea would be just as effective, or would the process to extract out the caffeine reduce or eliminate the efficacy of the tea?

I’m asking because I’m reading on another substack about nano bots in the vaccines, swabs and air transmission, entering our bodies and self replicating. It sounds wild and it is hard to imagine/believe. But I’m not sure if we should underestimate the capabilities of the evil forces at work in today’s world. I know you are very busy, maybe if you have a moment, could you see if you notice anything that would go into that nano bot theory direction?

Green and black teas also high in oxalates ( bad).
maybe we need green tea nasal sprays...cant see sucking on the candy all day long
