Thanks. I am still reading on the prion problem. Proteins misfold constantly, that's normal. As long als chaperones and missfolded proteins are in an equilibrium, this shouldn't be such a problem. Furthermore, there is the theorie that amyloid plaques are a measure of the brain to heal itself and sth good and not detrimental. I'm not sure which point to take at the moment. I read the argument of both sides. That's why I'm keeping away from the prion discussion. I'm not sure if prions are the cause or a symtom.
“Amyloid isn't normal - even if it forms to try to heal something it’s still a pathological finding present only in disease. Amyloid doesn'y just aggregate in the brain but in organs too and is the major protein in the blood clots that embalmers find. They may form in response to other pathology eg endothelial inflammation but it doesn't make them OK and something that can be ignored as they clearly cause their own issues once formed too. That's my take on it anyway!”
Yes, it isn't normal but not necessarily the disease causing agent. As long as I know more on this topic, I will keep away from it. It's not on top of the list of my interestes and I will leave it to people who are more into it until one side can convince me.
Great work. Amyloidosis is a severe problem with Covid, causing dementia and premature aging and scarring tissue. Take curcumin with black pepper or bromeline.
God bless you, Walter❤️😊
Amen!
TYVM Walt. Have a chill weekend.

How much green tea would you have to drink each day to make an adequate effect?
Please focus your research on how to mitigate self assembling polymers. Thanks!
Why? It would he interesting, however I find what he publishes informative, educational, and helpful.

Strongly suggest reading Scott Marsland’s Substack( called Lightening Bug) on baobab which has a Lot of ECGC.
Truly FASCINATING! He is a FNP who works with Dr. Pierre Kory.

Hi Walter, take a look at macromolecular crowding please.

What causes crowding Walter?
