FRIDAY HOPE: A STUDY POSTED OCTOBER 3rd VALIDATES THE SPED HYPOTHESIS - AND OFFERS AN ADDITIONAL THERAPEUTIC - WHICH HAS A NATURAL ALTERNATIVE I PREDICTED WOULD BE BENEFICIAL

Dexamethasone prevented the induced endothelial dysfunction - Butyrate (as I predicted) is a natural alternative therapeutic.

The more we understand the pathology of the Spike Protein, therapeutics begin to come into focus. I believe we are at the stage now where we can begin to find extremely effective treatments.

A study published online on October 3rd validates my hypothesis that the Spike Protein is inducing Endothelial Disease. The study had three major contributions to add to Spike Protein pathology.

  • We can reproduce in an in vitro setting the SARS-CoV-2-induced endothelial dysfunction seen in clinical settings.

  • SARS-CoV-2 spike protein promotes inflammation even in the absence of immune cells.

  • Treatment with the corticosteroid dexamethasone prevents SARS-CoV-2-induced endothelial dysfunction.

What I find hopeful, inspiring and affirming is that Butyrate is a natural alternative to Dexamethasone.

Therefore, based on the various positive reports, we presume that butyric acid possesses potent anti-inflammatory activity, making it a suitable alternative candidate for the preventive management of primary and secondary complications related to CoVID-19.

Two years ago I saw that β-hydroxybutyrate would be very effective against COVID-19. This was, of course, before I discovered the existence of what I call SPED (Spike Protein Endothelial Disease).

MORE EVIDENCE PROVING MY EARLY HYPOTHESES CORRECT - HOW MANY LIVES COULD HAVE BEEN SAVED?
Early on, I saw that β-hydroxybutyrate could be a strong therapeutic against COVID. Of course, my suggestion for trials went unheeded. At the highest levels. And yesterday I was proven correct. Here we report impaired production of BHB in humans with SARS-CoV-2-induced but not influenza-induced acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). CD4+ T cell funct…

What is perhaps most important in all of this, is that I believe the GUT MICROBIOME is incredibly important in preventing and treating COVID-19 and SPED.

Why?

Because of the intimate relationship between Butyrate and β-hydroxybutyrate. This also explains why those who live a low carb life (like Tom Brady) are doing remarkably well during this pandemic.

Butyrate itself, I now believe, is superior to β-hydroxybutyrate.

Our observations indicate that butyrate induces transcriptional changes to a higher extent than R-β-hydroxybutyrate in rat myotubes and endothelial cells, in keep with its HDAC inhibitory activity.

However, their synergy is most certainly best.

The studies presented here demonstrate safety and efficacy of the diet including the scientific support and rationale for the administration of exogenous ketone bodies and ketone sources as a complement to the restrictive dietary protocol or as an alternative to the diet. This review also highlights the synergy provided by exogenous ketone, β-hydroxybutyrate (BHB), accompanied by the short chain fatty acid, butyrate (BA) in the context of cellular and physiological outcomes. More work is needed to unveil the molecular mechanisms by which this program provides health benefits.

An immense Thank You for your support. I will continue to work on solving the problems and challenges that COVID-19 and the Spike Protein have caused us.

One of the few pleasures over the last 2 years has been watching(reading) this scientist do science. By contrast, Science, Inc pales in comparison. The pandemic has revealed much. Some good, some bad, some flat out evil imho. Walter is a diamond! Thanks buddy.

You may not realize that butyrate is something I mentioned to Dmitry Katz and he ran with it. It activates the niacin receptor. A healthy microbiome can make butyrate from resistant starch in the diet

- the Bubble Tea theory about the early CoV statistics (a graph made into a meme by someone) had merit in my opinion. It was circulating early 2020. https://jenniferdepew.com/resistant-starch%2Fbutyrate

Butyrate - so important it got two webpages - https://jenniferdepew.com/rs%2Fbutyrate-how-much%3F

It reduces inflammation, feeds colon cells, protects them from infection or cancer. Eat more fiber!

Addition (the edit) - yes, spike is directly harmful to endothelial cells and is causing damage - yes SPED is not incorrect. Membranes are so important that they also got two webpages: https://jenniferdepew.com/membranes-%26-inflam-1 and Membranes/glyphosate focused https://jenniferdepew.com/membranes - glyphosate messes up actin/microtubule scaffolding hooks that direct activity in cells.
