As Spartacus noted in his addendum: The best way to counteract COVID-19 is actually chronic exercise and a balanced, antioxidant-rich, endothelial support diet, particularly a diet high in Vitamin D, dietary nitrate, selenium, and other master redox regulators that support endothelial health.

Chronic exercise also mediates the amyloidogenic effects of the Spike Protein. Please note in the paper I reference which found that voluntary exercise resulted in a 47% decrease in preamyloid oligomer levels, and this was accompanied by 100% survival rather than 100% mortality.

Under certain conditions, exercise is clearly beneficial, and, in a hypertrophic cardiomyopathic mouse model carrying a mutation in the gene that encodes the predominant cardiac myosin heavy chain, voluntary cage wheel running prevented onset of cardiac pathology and ameliorated existing pathology when initiated in older animals. However, intense exercise is associated with sudden cardiac death in symptomatic and asymptomatic heart disease resulting from different etiologies.

We need to run clinical trials for Long COVID patients and post COVID/Spike Protein exposures using Neprilysin. Neprilysin, also known as neutral endopeptidase (EC3.4.24.11), is a zinc metallopeptidase that is widely distributed in the body and actively degrades a variety of peptides in the immune, circulatory, and nervous systems. A genetic deficiency in neprilysin results in accumulation of amyloid-β in the brain.

Exercise reverses preamyloid oligomer and prolongs survival in αB-crystallin-based desmin-related cardiomyopathy

COVID-19 Deep Dive Part IX: Addendum
Summary Based on the previous articles, as well as some new information, it is possible to draw a large number of possible conclusions. This is a summary of those conclusions. It is not exhaustive by any means. COVID-19 is not the disease the public has been told that it is. Far from being a simple respiratory disease, it is, in fact, a virus that attacks …

"Regular" is a better word than "chronic" exercise.

Many thanks for all the work you are doing. I salute you an many others who are working tirelessly to expose the threat of the virus, the deleterious effects of the vax and the perpetrators of this crime against humanity. God speed!.
