Outside of that, 'getting it again' covers a wide array of immune assault. Since you'll develop innate and tcell memory to a variety of epitopes you'll like not get as much of an infection after the first, unless you got too much of an adaptive response (oas). This is more likely if transfected. There are no guarantees but that doesn't mean you're necessarily screwed.
