I was a nurse midwife, and developed this condition I’m sure after years of annual flu shots. I had 2 children and did not have this condition but later had 2 more after/during flu shots and ended up with DVTs/PEs and ended up with a diagnosis antiphosphid lipid syndrome/lupus. For this reason I refused the covid shot for all the similar issues I was seeing in ED post those covid shots. I was send to infectious disease consultant for exemption by my work place and told it was the only condition where I could get exemption then rubbished I didn’t have it though I was told I had on my last 2 preg. Basically he wasn’t giving me emerg job for nothing.
So sorry for your dufficyot journey. I have a friend who developed "Lupus" & liver disease after all the Covid -& other shots taken (no history in family) Looked up under NIH & many articles pointing to the Covid vaccine. Hopefully more anecdotes will be forthcoming.

Would you believe I lost my career bc my government employer said aps was not an approved condition that would exempt me. They couldn’t let me keep working from home. I had read articles pertaining to aps and dr killian physician who lost her license here in Canada was speaking out about aps in her hospital. So I stood my ground. Still is just wild that someone could say APS is not an approved reason to get the jab. Thanks for all your work and speaking up. I’ll need to reference this when I go to the human rights tribunal
Is there any connection between this and the white clots forming in the body? The reason for this question is I have been reading another substack recently that has analysed the clots and they have been found to contain very high levels of phosphorus. More can be read on this here:

I might suggest this simple tea. It appeared to help many of my nieghours suffering from a strange gout outbreak in early 2021.
Many still take this prophylactic tea every morning after breakfast.
None of them use compression socks nor do they complain.

Why do some Choline supplements cause a type of brain fog?
Cita Choline doesn't doesn't cause that in my system but it gives me cramps.
Sunflower Lecithin has a mild bf effect for me but with Lions main the bf is almost not noticeable.
