TYVM Walter for all you do for us. Here's another stack which discusses some of the many compounds you advocate, and which I have been using for some time now. It's great to have independent confirmation that I've been on the right track all along!

FYI: Just in case you and your readers didn’t know, there’s a new omega fatty acid on the scene called C15 fatty acid, also known as pentadecanoic acid. Here is information

www.discoverc15.com

Or www.fatty15.com

PS: I’m just a user. I don’t have any financial interest in it. Just so you know.

"Ask your doctor". When I got out of the ICU, the report listed all my supplements I told them about, told me to stop every one of them. Ask my Medicine Daily - sure.

This article is a little unclear regarding the distinction between Omega-3 and Omega-6.

It sort of throws these two fatty acids in the same bucket, yet the dietary sources for these long chain acids are different.

The manner in which the cited article addresses Remdesivir in the context of their fish oil study is just odd.

SARS-CoV-2 inhibitory potential of fish oil-derived 2-pyrone compounds by acquiring linoleic acid binding site on the spike protein

I could not believe the difference in my over all health when I started taking this a couple of months ago. It’s brilliant.

Anything specific? It's not exactly cheap so I hesitated to give it a try since I don't really have any issues healthwise.... yet :)

Yes. Omega 3,6 & 9 balanced out properly to each other. I didn’t think I had any health issues either until I tried it. Turns out I had horrible brain fog but because I had it i didnt really know about it lol. Then everything became clear once it started having an effect. I thought it was ‘just the menopause’
