Countering the Anabolism of the Spike Protein

A very recent paper proving what I hypothesized years ago, that the Spike Protein induced “cancer without tumors,” noted that the Spike Protein is inducing the Warburg Effect in cells. This is causing them to overproduce proteins, “clogging” the cell.

Finally, increased lactate dehydrogenase activity (LDH) was observed in COVID-19 patients, and this may boost glycolysis, similar to the Warburg effect, to redirect fuel and produce anabolic intermediates.

The goal of this paper is to hypothesize that Covid-19's short- and long-term complications are a result of a similar redox shift and anabolism, due to the reduced cell environment originally caused by the spike protein of the virus.

This reduced cell environment may also be a major contributing factor to the rapid aging we are observing post COVID and Spike Protein exposure.

Moreover, the decline of the thiol/disulfide equilibrium with age is even more rapid in inflammatory and premature aging diseases.

Lipoic Acid is a therapeutic which is known to restore redox equilibrium.

Cancer, inflammation, Alzheimer's, and Parkinson's diseases share a common peculiarity, the inability of the cell to export entropy outside the body in the harmless form of heat, CO2 and H2O. In these clinically diverse diseases, drugs targeting the mitochondria appear to be effective treatments.

There is already evidence that Lipoic Acid, in combination with Coq10 is effective at treating Long COVID.

The first one (116 patients) received coenzyme Q10 + alpha lipoic acid, and the second one (58 patients) did not receive any treatment. Primary outcome was reduction in Fatigue Severity Scale (FSS) in treatment group compared with control group. complete FSS response was reached most frequently in treatment group than in control group. A FSS complete response was reached in 62 (53.5%) patients in treatment group and in two (3.5%) patients in control group. A reduction in FSS core < 20% from baseline at T1 (non-response) was observed in 11 patients in the treatment group (9.5%) and in 15 patients in the control group (25.9%) (p < 0.0001). To date, this is the first study that tests the efficacy of coenzyme Q10 and alpha lipoic acid in chronic Covid syndrome. Primary and secondary outcomes were met. These results have to be confirmed through a double blind placebo controlled trial of longer duration.

Restoring redox balance is important. I will continue on the path I started. The main question I am asking myself is, as the Warburg Effect is a major inducer of cancer, will cancer be induced before homeostasis can be restored? I will post in this later.
