More amazing and helpful information, Walter. I do believe happiness and living a peaceful life plays a big part in overall health.

There is a connection between magnesium deficiency and afib. And MANY are magnesium deficient even if their blood levels are normal - just my 2 cents.

“May I also point out that the three letter agencies and the MSM did a great disservice to all by brutally increasing the anxiety and depression levels of all (myself, of course, included) during the vast majority of the pandemic timeline.” 💯💯💯

Awesome Walter, I was wondering when we’d wind up here — you are now starting delve into the cutting edge (then and now) work of Dr Candice B Pert - http://candacepert.com/about-biography/

Ironically I strongly believe her husband still holds a vital key to combating the spike protein but that’s another story!

JC’s interview with Denis Rancourt discussed the relevance of mental states on disease. Perfect timing for your substack to discuss happiness as being a powerful prophylaxis.

Hi Walter, I very much appreciate and respect your research and insight to this horrible disease. Can you give any insight into the development of a fib 7 months after Covid infection no vax. I believe it can happen with vax or infection. Any ideas on ways to mitigate this continuing to be a problem. It’s a horrible condition as one never knows when an episode may present itself. Thank you!

Walter I am following all of your work very carefully because my husband has interstitial lung disease that this month took a major turn for the worse. He was in the hospital all last week on oxygen. now home on oxygen. Every test was run and nobody can figure out how his disease suddenly got so much worse. This is unusual for ILD. He had covid in April and 2 pfizer shots march 2021. I am worried he might develop depression now that he is so weakened. Thanks for all of your hard work.

Excellent. Yes, anxiety and depression are killers of the immune system regardless of COVID19 and the vaxxx, so any modalities that can help with those issues should be considered. I work in cannabis medicine and cannabinoids are an important tool for dealing with these issues as they work with our own innate endocannabinoid systems to return balance (homeostasis) to the ANS and HPA axis.

The number 2 co-morbidity factor for severe COVID (hospitalization and death) is anxiety in one large study... IMO, this is well known to those warring on Humanity with their bioweapons as they have developed and push (to this day) 24/7 FEARPORN on every media platform. This has contributed greatly to enhancing the lethality of "Their" program.

Walter, does this explain why fluvoxamine could be effective? (Steve Kirsch funded the study for its use for C19 and I never quite understood why an SSRI would be helpful.)

Thank you for your great work!

I can’t give you any sources, but in my extensive reading on how to prevent dementia (which is what I used to read before covid!) one theory that cropped up a lot was that depression is just the expression of inflammation in the brain. I follow Dr Dale Bredesen mostly.
